Mercur Business Control became the main planning and reporting system for around 400 users, supporting monthly reporting, analysis, and planning across all locations.
Activities are divided into approximately 500 cost centers, enabling managers at different levels to continuously monitor business development and results.
The solution manages large volumes of data down to transaction level and is integrated with the ERP system IBS, ensuring reliable and detailed analysis.
Powerful report generation allows users to slice data as needed without manual intervention, making reporting significantly easier than in the ERP system.
Drill-down functionality and access to scanned invoices help users quickly understand deviations and take action based on accurate, up-to-date information.
