Richard is the COO at Pacera. Over the past 17 years at AARO, Richard has held roles including Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Marketing Manager, Head of Key Account Management, and Head of Sales Management Sweden. For the last 6 years, as COO, he has driven the development of IT & Compliance, Marketing, Product, Development & Testing, and Consulting, building strong teams across these areas.
Johan Lindemann
Chief Technology Officer
Johan Lindemann is the Chief Technology Officer at Pacera. He has been with Mercur for 25 years. He joined as an implementation specialist, but has worked in various roles such as team leader, presales specialist, and product manager prior to settling down as CTO. Johan is passionate about building great products and under his leadership the Mercur team has built a modern multi tenant cloud solution with a market leading performance.
