The choice fell on Mercur Business Control with a proven track record in the hospitality industry and many satisfied customers in that sector. All relevant financial and operational data for planning, reporting and analysis is imported from Premier Inn’s ERP system Oracle Fusion and its HR system into Mercur’s cloud based solution where information is compiled into forecasts, reports and industry-specific KPI figures for Premier Inn’s many decision makers at all levels.

Premier Inn is one of Europe’s biggest player in the hospitality industry with more than 800 hotels with around 80 000 hotel rooms in Europe and Asia. Premier Inn is owned by the British hotel- and restaurant group Whitbread PLC with successful hospitality brands such as Beefeater, Brewers Fayre, Cookhouse & Pub, Bar + Block and Thyme.
