Sandvik SRP/Pune found Mercur’s standard functionality for data rules very useful. For example, by using linked dimensions and automatic distributions Sandvik are easily able to create a coherent data model and allocation of data down to the underlying levels of the organisational structure. 

Allocations based on dynamic keys, e.g. YTD revenue distribution or YTD COGS distribution,  will streamline processes and save time in the future. Another big advantage is the system’s performance and the capability to export to the group reporting system SAP BPC.
